Texas Beef Brisket Whole Beef Brisket smoked for 16 hours with dry rub and Mopped with special sauce and sliced. Finish with any of our wonderful BBQ Sauces. | ||||
| Chicken Marinated and smoked for 5 hours in our pit over Hickory & Apple Wood. Whole or ½ Chickens available. Finished with mild or spicy bbq Sauce |
