Texas Beef Brisket

Whole Beef Brisket smoked for 16 hours with dry rub and Mopped with special sauce and sliced. Finish with any of our wonderful BBQ Sauces.

Chicken
Marinated and smoked for 5 hours in our pit over Hickory & Apple Wood. Whole or ½ Chickens available. Finished with mild or spicy bbq Sauce
