Ribs Ribs Ribs Fresh Spare ribs slow smoked in a rotisserie Smoker for 5 hours over Hickory and Apple woods after seasoned with Dry Rub. Served choice of Original Mild, Spicy or Eastern NC Vinegar Sauce or enjoy just “dry rubbed”. | ||||
Texas Beef Brisket Whole Beef Brisket smoked for 16 hours with dry rub and Mopped with special sauce and sliced or chopped. Finish with any of our wonderful BBQ Sauces. | ||||
| Chicken Marinated and smoked for 4 hours in our pit over Hickory & Apple Wood. Whole or ½ Chickens available. Finished with mild or spicy bbq Sauce |
