Our on-site BBQ pit, fueled by primarily with Hickory and Apple woods, slow smokes bone-in Pork Butts, Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, and Chicken for up to 16 hours at a time seasoned with “Pig Powder” BBQ Dry Rub.
